How can I find the value of my ring?

You can enter your unique code found with your ring here. Simply enter the email address you placed your order with and the code you received to reveal.

What materials do you use to make your rings?

The material will depend on the value of the ring you receive, which is chosen at random.  Most of our rings are rhodium plated and some are .925 sterling silver.

I got my ring and its the wrong size.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order often ships same day, but can take up to 1-3 business days depending on demand.

Orders are shipped via FedEx who then hands it off to your local USPS. It typically arrives within 7-14 business days of purchase. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Go to www.fedex.com to track your order. Give the tracking number about 24 hours to update. 

If FedEx, USPS, and our system indicates that your package has been delivered to the address you provided us, you are responsible for reaching out to FedEx or your local USPS to find out what happened with your package. The number for FedEx customer care is 1-800-463-3339.
